Well today Saturday and many would have read about this latest saga this morning 5th December 2009. A Deputy Minister suing his own
government while still hanging on to his post.  The ROS is part of JPM under Kementerian Dalam Negeri. PPP we seem to be creating a first in
many ways. One position we have and we are making a mockery of it.

What does granting leave mean? After watching last nights news and the antics of a few former expelled members, I can only laugh, they have
not won anything but they acted like they have.  Granting leave is not victory, in fact it is far from it. It is a process in law that you
need to apply leave before you can  challenge a decision in the courts on a point of law. To me, It is a begining towards a lengthy end as
the courts decision will also not be acceptable to him in the end.

Murugiah now has to present his case in a Court of Law and the Courts will then  hear the merits of the case and finally decide either
way.   It was not too long ago that Murugiah stated that he will respect the decision of the ROS but when it went against him, he
refused to accept it. I guess the same will happen in this case, he will continue to appeal all the way till the end of his Senate as the
only answer he wants to hear is that he is the President of PPP.

Do not forget his Senate is for 3 years and more than half might already be gone, so desperation is begining to set in. Another
question brewing is will the Prime Minister tolerate this line of action by one of his own Ministers challenging his government decision
in the Courts. This is a sign of weakness on BN's part. Have you noticed everyday in the media we are being told that the Opposition is
breaking up, Opposition is in trouble, The BN boat is also tilting as the dacing seems to be heavy on one side of the boat. The PM has MCA
on his hands and he needs to make a stand on this PPP matter quickly as many of us are tired with all this monkeying aroun and the
indecision of the government.

I guess these last few months has not only affected PPP it has also affected Murugiah as he has been issuing ultimatums and challenges to
the ROS and the government by extension. My only hope is all this mess is finally straightened out and Murugiah accepts his fate as we do not
want to go into a coming General Election with the same Red Star and Blue Star complication that we experienced in ths past. We need to
move into team building and strengthening of the party to focus on areas where we might have a chance to stand under our party falg. We
may be down but we are not finished. If it does come to that, then the government is to blame for its indecision resulting in this
aggravation.

To the majority of us, we are law abiding and accepted the ROS decision that Datuk M Kayveas is our legitimate President, a position
we have put him in collectively. We will continue to work at Cawangan, Bahagian, the State and National PPP while this drama is now played
out in the Courts.

I hope Murugiah finds peace of mind as it was not too long ago that he stated that the MIC wanted him but his hopes was dashed when Dato Seri
said "no way". He then hinted to everyone that he will be joining a Sabah based multiracial party spreading to Peninsula Malaysia and
again that came to zero. It was followed by the Deputy Presidency of another BN mainland mutiracial party(ONLY PGRM AS THAT STATUS)  and
when kohilan Pillai publicly welcomed him both got into trouble and the door was also shut.

So finally the wheel came one full turn and he has started to reclaim the presidency of PPP once gain, he forgot that this was the party he
tried so hard to deregister. I guess he finally found PPP in his heart and his heart in PPP . There is no other party that he can fit into as
PPP has a large Indian membership base for him to appeal to.

I have also been asked by outsiders why most PPP members cannot accept Murugiah. I certainly believe that all of us who worked with him over
the years know why. He was the youth chief for a great many years, use the KPI and measure his performance. Take a piece of paper divide it
into two and write clearly the pro and the cons. Measure 16 years of his progress not just 18 months of his spending spree.
